don’t be ashamed or embarrassed! look how far you’ve come. 117 down is amazing. You have the tool, drive and knowledge on what to do. 20 lb is easy peasy

They don’t understand the struggle. I have not had WLS but my son has had a bowel resection. He struggles to keep weight on and I struggle to lose weight. Pschologically its very hard either way. But like posted you’ve lost 117 lbs. That is definitely something to be proud of

Super annoying. I get annoyed when ppl who know I had the surgery ask if I’ve lost any weight. I’m down over 50lbs….and you can’t see It? I guess for some ppl fat is fat regardless of the physical size you are.
