Start slow.. I first cut out sodas then limited my sweets stopped between meal snacking.. well with zero progress I went to a weight loss clinic was prescribed Phentermine and have since been on 1200 Cal 40g carb diet and have already seen a difference in appearance and overall mood!!!
If you want to lose belly fat and just fat in general, you’re going to need to be in a constant calorie deficit!
To do that, you need to figure out how many calories you are burning in a day including your exercise! This is called your TDEE, or your total daily energy expenditure!
From that number, it’s just a matter of eating an amount of calories below it! That way you are in a calorie deficit and burning fat as fuel to compensate for the decreased energy intake!
That’s all there is to it!
