Who takes BCAA , is it necessary if taking protein powder? I take PP 2xs a day. TIA

I take bcaa’s every day. I have one with a bit of caffeine, for a pre-workout. I only use half a scoop before (I don’t need that much caffeine before a workout), and half a scoop of regular bcaas to sip on during the day because I’m doing intermittent fasting. I have noticed a difference already. I only use protein powder a few times a week, but using Vega Performance.

I use BCAA’s but like any supplement, they aren’t necessary (excluding B12). If you can afford them and want to try them out, they can be a nice addition to your toolbox.
