Regardless of the carb count, Dairy can be an inflammatory food for people. It’s not an allergy but is considered an intolerance. Your body doesn’t like it and let you know. I had allergy testing done and dairy was not a trigger. However when I eliminated it from my diet, I was able to get off all asthma medication!

Depends on the person. I cut it for 3 months. No difference for me.
