Why is breakfast the most important meal when I’m never hungry?
Kick-starts your metabolism.
It enables to avoid stomach sore sickness.
I don’t eat breakfast. I am doing intermittent fasting. After supper I don’t eat again until lunch the next day. It’s usually around 16 hours of fasting.
Breakfast – break fast. Doesn’t matter what time of day you have it; it’s the meal that breaks your fast (usually from sleeping) so it’s important because it needs to have all the nutrients your body needs after not eating for 8+ hours.
Breakfast isn’t the most important meal of the day. Check out intermittent fasting as an example. Eat if you are hungry. Don’t force yourself if you are not. We are all different.
