Why would anyone take the healthiest sweetener and add oat flour to it? Was disappointed to discover that Bob’s date sugar, also lists oat flour as an ingredient. Thankfully I found another brand, that contains only dates. But with very limited choices. It’s a shame to see that at least one well known brand, felt the need to add to the dates. Does anyone else use date sugar, to sweeten their coffee?
They use it so the dates don’t clump up and stick together. They use it in place of whatever chemical crap is typically thrown into products for that purpose. I’m pretty sure it’s a very minuscule amount of oat flour and should not affect your coffee but then again, I have no tried it myself, I enjoy black coffee. Maybe someone in this group has tried it in their coffee and can help you.
