“toning” really means building lean muscle mass and seeing it… ankle weights will have minimal effect. Eat in a deficit and lift heavy weights.

I wouldn’t. Our bodies weren’t meant to have 10 lb feet. I think it puts abnormal strain on leg joints that it wasn’t meant to be able to.

About as much as eating excess calories will help you lose weight. Not to mention it is detrimental to the health of your joints. A proper health and fitness program may not be easy or desirable but the benefits will last a lifetime.

I been doing calories for past three weeks and lost 6lbs so far. Been working out too just don’t go to the gym. I workout at home. I do squats and lunges with hand weights. Seen a lil difference but was just curious if ankle weights would help.
