About as much as eating excess calories will help you lose weight. Not to mention it is detrimental to the health of your joints. A proper health and fitness program may not be easy or desirable but the benefits will last a lifetime.
I been doing calories for past three weeks and lost 6lbs so far. Been working out too just don’t go to the gym. I workout at home. I do squats and lunges with hand weights. Seen a lil difference but was just curious if ankle weights would help.
