Wondering what you all do for nausea? I’m generally nauseous after my BPC in the morning and that’s also when I go to work out. I spend half of my work out on the verge of vomiting.
Do you add coconut oil? I had to take the coconut oil out of mine because it made me so nauseous.
Do the BPC after the work out and or cut back on the amount of butter oil you are pitting into it.
I was doing coconut oil and Kerry gold butter. I switched to MCT oil Ghee. I was only doing half a tablespoon of each but then I’m so hungry within an hour. I upped it to 2 teaspoons of each.
I had that problem trying to fast with coffee…I don’t drink coffee when fasting anymore, and I haven’t had the issue with nausea since.
Maybe an upward or downward ladder in your ingredient list on the coffee. Which is to say take one ingredient out at a time each day or even week. Or you could start with black coffee and add one ingredient back in at a time.
