Worked out 19 out 31 days this month. I know I can do more. Definitely blew off more days than I should have. How did everybody else do?
We have a list of top 10 most active members from the month before. Sits where the cubbies are. Great motivation for me. You gotta go over 20 just to make the list.
31/31. Make a promise to yourself to work out every day, even if it’s for just a short time.
I did 25/31 days with a combination of lifting weights and running. I ran 103 miles in January, thus meeting my 100 mile goal.
Missed every Sunday because it’s a rest day this month I’ve also had a deload week
