I’m really worried about my body I’m wearing size 40 at the moment I’m even trying to jog in the morning but I don’t know what else to do I want to wear 36 at least pls advise me?

Eat healthy and drink a lot of water.

Start with skipping, don’t loose hope if you did 5 skips, tomorrow its 10until you do 100.

Snack on fruits, and eat mostly green veggies with chicken, fish or whatever lean proteins. Dink lots of water, workout daily and be consistent…. Weight will come off and u will watch ur body being resculpted. Also try to stay motivated.
