What does your diet consist of now? Weight los is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. I would love to help you I have lost 40 pounds in 3 months and love helping other people reach their goals too!

I prefer the bike myself and I’m not talking the upright bike which can be difficult to get on and off. The recumbent or reclining bike is much easier. The seat is better designed for big butts and it’s easy on and off.

I am 61 years old. I have had 8 back surgeries. I am pre diabetes too.
But every morning I walk 1 mile to start my day.
I have been following the Atkins diet plan and I got a Fit bit too.
I drink at least 64 ounces of water everyday.
I started January 8th at 205 and I am down to 194 today
