Would anyone like to please share their daily spice shot recipe? What do you take and how much? I’m taking turmeric and cinnamon so far, wondering what else I could do or take to help decrease back pain and inflammation.
In my daily spice shot I have beet powder, amla, turmeric, black pepper, ceylon cinnamon, and ginger. I make a big batch and use 2 tsp each day. I add it to a couple ounces of hot water and drink it down. I also make a different spice blend to add to daily oatmeal: Amla, allspice, cardamon, cloves, and dulse.
