Would you guys be able to help me out with what you eat in a day for bulking and maybe what workouts you do on this bulk?

Can any of you guys and girls recommend me good bulking and calorie dense food/meals? I have been at the gym 5 months or so and haven’t seen much in the form of gains at all, I eat lots of beans, mixed beans, carbs, healthy fats like hummus and avocado etc, but I am fearing either I’m not eating enough, or working out right, lifting heavy enough, form is off or whatever, so am feeling very disheartened. Would you guys be able to help me out with what you eat in a day for bulking and maybe what workouts you do on this bulk? I would greatly appreciate it.

Use MyFitnessPal to set your goals and track what you eat. If you’re eating at maintenance level you won’t gain muscle mass.

It’s tough for us skinny guys. Track calories. Eat until you went to gag. Eat so much you’ll always feel full. Rinse repeat.
