How many sticks of COLDEST Hydration can I drink in one day?
We recommend one stick per day for healthy adults, but be sure to listen to your body's needs and response when drinking COLDEST Hydration.
How do I prepare COLDEST Hydration
Mix the contents of a COLDEST Hydration packet with water. One 16g packet makes 21 ounces (or 250 ml) of solution.
Depending on how much flavor & electrolytes you want in your water, you may use less that the recommended above to dilute the flavor.
Can you use this on any COLDEST bottle?
Yes! We wanted to develop something that was simply and easy to carry while aiding in your hydration.
What's are the Nutrient Facts?
Is there sucralose in COLDEST hydration.
Nope! We purposely did not want to use sucralose or artificial flavors in COLDEST Hydration which is what most electrolyte powders use.

Just one stick of COLDEST Hydration is equivalent to 16oz of water.

I think they are all great! Spot on flavor! Love that it’s less sugar. Drumroll please….. my hubby liked them, and he won’t even try a coldest bottle! I’ll make a coldie out of him yet! Strawberry was my favorite!
